Interests: I LOVE music. And theatre. I love reading and writing and movie nights. I love sunshiny days and stormy nights. I love "things of culture." I also ADORE headbands (ask anyone who knows me)--brightly colored, sequined and sparkly.
Expertise: MUSIC! Vocal, of course...I'm working on the piano, but it's moving slowly. But nothing makes me feel the way music does. It's simply FABULOUS! :) Although, to be completely accurat, I wouldn' exactly call it my expertise...I am far from an expert.

So, I happened to notice that my xanga was severely oudated...he valentine's day theme HAD TO GO! So, I proceeded to redesign with senior play in mind.

I'm having a blast with senior play, and I hope everyone else that's involved is too. It is going to be AMAZING! I've been listening to it almost non-stop...I wonder if everyone else in my life is getting sick of hearing it?

I am so glad it's mardi gras. The days off are much needed and much appreciated. I'm fighting bronchitis, and I think that, with the aide of prescriptions, I'm finally winning :)  Anyways, to sum up my life:

senior play =

me =

work=

AND I'm off for Mardi Gras!

So, today in Bio 2, Ms. Simon DEFINATELY didn't give us her usual test. It was NOT multiple choice, it was in essay form. So I am screwed as far as that test is concerned, I'm pretty sure...although, in that class I never know. I think I got tRNA and mRNA's functions all messed up and I wasn't quite sure what aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase did, but I guessed...so we'll see how I do on that.
I did, however, make a 93 on my Hamlet test...I OWNED it!!!! YAY!!! Emily Benfatti's pep talk worked...yay!

The One Acts are coming along...for info on those see my previous entry. Bu kep in mind...3 DOLLARS!!!! Only 3...who doesn't have that?

I actually don' have any homework tonight. It's a beautiful thing, but I'm sure hey'll make up for it when I come back to school after exams. Exemptions are a wonerful thing...I'm SO UBERLY excited. I have big plans for those days...well, not really...probably just work, but whatever. I'm going to see "The Producers" at some point, so that's enough for me.

Well, anyway...that's enough about me.

Christmas is over. :( So I figured that the Christmas-y background had to go. So I igured, hey Valentine's Day is coming up...so I redid my xanga accordingly. You will now be able to enjoy THIS design until February 15.
One Act dress rehearsal is tomorrow, hopefully it'll go well. I still need to magically make furniture appear out of nowhere, but whatever. It'll happen, I have faith. My cast is good, so I guess that's all the matters. Everybody whose not in them shoul come and see them because they're hilariously funny and its only $3. Think of how cheap a date...
Senior year is so busy, I don't think I actually have a spare moment to enjoy it.
I'm working at Starbuck's now...sorry, Kelly, its wonderful, except that they open at 6 in the morning, which means on Saturday, I get to open the store at 5:30...I expect everyone there to see me, lol. Naw, but Saturday is going to be a loooooooooooooooong day.
HOLY COW!!! It's 12:07, and I still have a bio test...AHHHH! I guess I'll do this later.

Merry Christmas everybody. This is possibly my favorite day of the entire year (this and New Years Eve, which is coming up soon). Santa was good, as was my family. I'm so UBERLY glad to be here in Shreveport that it's not even funny. It's wonderful to spend time with my family. I may give them a hard time sometimes, but I miss them so much.
I talked to Doug on Friday night and he sounded good. The one thing that bugs me about being up here is that he isn't. But, at any rate, Christmas is wonderful.
We visited First UMC Shreveport today. It is HUGE and televised...its a geogreous church, I can see why my parents got married there. The sermon was good too. I love a sermon that doesn't put me to sleep!!!!
I'm going prom dress shopping tomorrow. I'm so excited. Although, everything is going to be MADNESS, becasue it's the day after Christmas. It turns out that I have to be back in Slidell sooner that I was planning because Starbucks called with my schedule and I'm working on Wednesday, so I have to be back.
I'm about to leave for my Aunt's house for Christmas dinner, so see ya later alligators!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
